The two Future and Emerging Technologies (FET) flagships will present their shared goal of placing Europe as a worldwide, knowledge-based industrial and technological leader in both the graphene and quantum fields.

With a duration of 10 years and a budget of at around EUR 1 billion each, the Future & Emerging Technologies (FET) Flagships can be seen as some of the most ambitious EU-funded research projects.

Headed by the Graphene Flagship, the Graphene Pavilion will present how its technologies can provide new functionalities, from single devices with connection capabilities to the internet of things. Visitors will also be able to virtually walk through the production process of graphene, showcasing how these materials are produced at large scale and low cost.
