Join the Social Anthropology and Sociology departments to hear Simon Visiting Professor, Ghassan Hage, present his new book: Pierre Bourdieu’s Political Economy of Being (Duke, October 2025). Following the book launch, there will be a drinks reception open to all attendees. This is a walk-in event and attendees do not need to sign up beforehand.
