This session is an introduction to mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is the skill of bringing awareness to the present moment in a non-judgmental way and includes breathing techniques. It is a very useful skill to learn and can help you to deal more effectively with anxiety or low mood and to learn how to relax more easily.
