Working with 21st Century students
Students come to the Higher Education environment as part of a student journey where there past experiences have shaped their learning, resilience and expectations of future learning experiences and their ability to succeed and cope. Each learner has developed a range of strategies to support their learning experiences. In some cases these approaches can also hinder progress and perceived success. Understanding students skills, expectations and needs enables us to develop a learning environment to help them succeed both during their time at University and beyond.
