The Northwest Biotech Initiative would like to invite you to the Breaking into STEM event organized by the society to celebrate the diversity and inclusion in STEM. The event will consist of a panel discussion with invited members of Academia, Consulting, Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry followed by a social with free food and drinks to celebrate the strides in STEM, particularly by lesser represented communities. If you are looking to step into the industrial and academic STEM worlds, this is the perfect opportunity to know more and network with experts :)

We would like to celebrate the wonderful professional journeys of all the invited speakers and pick their brains on what they look for in a candidate applying for a position along with tips and tricks on how to tailor your resume the best when applying for a position especially if you are from an under-represented group.
