The Dalton Seminar Series aims to promote exchange and offer informative events across institutions and facilities associated with The University of Manchester’s Dalton Nuclear Institute.
Matt Burley is Atkins Nuclear’s Head of Strategic Development for the UK and Emerging Markets, where he focuses upon long term opportunities for business growth. Prior to joining Atkins in 2012, Matt helped to build the nuclear business in PwC Consulting where he worked in the UK and internationally, advising clients on a range of issues from transformational business improvement to establishing national nuclear power programmes for foreign governments. Before PwC, Matt spent a little under 20 years with the Royal Navy Submarine Service, where he was accountable for the safe operation of his own nuclear plants at sea.
