Manchester and Migration: Is everybody welcome?
Discussion | Performance
Thursday 31 January, 6-8pm
Free, no need to book
This panel discussion has been arranged with the support of City of Sanctuary and will encourage young people to have honest and frank conversations around migrations and new arrivals to Manchester. Inspired by the Alice Kettle Thread Bearing Witness exhibition, the Whitworth Young Contemporaries (WYC) will host an informative and interactive evening, which is part of a larger project to make the Whitworth a welcoming space for refugees and asylum seekers.
Programmed by Whitworth YC Collective. Bringing together creative young people to showcase Manchester's artistic talent.
Part of the Whitworth's Thursday Lates programme.
