Learn about the CRUK RadNet AHP Academy through our virtual webinar and hear from established and early career academics working in novel fields of radiotherapy
Audience: Anyone engaged in or interested in radiotherapy-related research, particularly ECRs and radiographers looking for a PhD.

This networking event is designed to provide all attendees with:
- An overview of the CRUK RadNet AHP Academy, a collaboration between the Allied Health Professions (AHP) Academic Hub, the Centre for Radiotherapy Related Research (RRR) and the Manchester Cancer Research Centre
- The chance to hear from world-leading experts and current PhD candidates working on radiotherapy-related research

- 13:00 - 13:20 - Welcome and overview of RadNet academy
Confirmed speaker - Professor Janelle Yorke (Chair of Nursing UoM & Chief Nurse at The Christie)
- 13:20 - 14:05 - Hear about of the journey of established researchers
Confirmed speakers and panellists - Dr Helen McNair (Lead Research Radiographer at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and ICR, London) Dr Mike Velec (Radiation Therapist-Clinician Scientist at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre) and Dr Yat Tsang (Therapeutic Radiographer at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre)
- 14:05 - 14:30 - Panel Discussion with established researchers
- 14:30 - 15:00 - Hear from new researchers and AHP PhD candidates about where they are in their journey and where they hope to go
