The Confucius Institute is hosting a fun and hands-on cookery class led by Cracking Good Food, open to anyone that would love the chance to make their own authentic dish!
During the 3 hour class you will learn a mixture of techniques to cook with Tofu (Beancurd). Braised Tofu, Mo Pa Tofu and Stuffed Tofu Parcels are a collection of authentic Chinese dishes which may be new to some but will inspire all to hopefully make these delicious dishes again and again.
