Half-term holidays at the Whitworth: Spring Studio
Saturday 28th May and Monday 30th May - Saturday 4th June, 11am-3pm.
Join us this May half-term holiday to create, play and explore together with your family. Enter the magical woodland world of Nico Vascellari's atmospheric installation 'Bus de la Lum' and live out its hidden stories with storyteller Victoria May. Then experiment with shadow and light with artist Mandy Beck-McKim and watch your own tree-inspired sculptures turn into a shadowy wood!
This event is free, drop-in and suitable for all ages
Sculpture making and shadow-play, 11am-3pm
Storytelling sessions will be at 12pm and 1pm, meeting in the Whitworth's Lower Promenade (running for 45 minutes each)
