In this free to attend workshop, Cartwheel Arts will share their Art for Wellbeing methodology and practise. You will learn how Art for Wellbeing is distinct from other practises such as Art Therapy, and how Art for Wellbeing can be used to support health and wellbeing as well as reduce health inequities.
Alongside Cartwheel Arts practitioners, you will gain understanding of culturally sensitive mental health provision and how Cartwheel Arts threads anti-discrimination through their project delivery. This workshop will be a combination of discussions and practical creative activities, giving you the experience of participating in a Cartwheel Arts Art for Wellbeing workshop.
