Manchester Confucius Institute is hosting three fun and hands-on cookery classes led by Sam Sin from Koi Kitchen. Each class will have a different theme and focus, allowing you to create a variety of authentic dishes and learn new cooking techniques. All sessions are suitable for vegetarians. In our May class you will learn how to make your own noodles.
