History's own Dr Steven Pierce has been invited to Leeds University to discuss his recent ground-breaking book on the history of corruption in Nigeria, Moral Economies of Corruption: State Formation & Political Cultures in Nigeria (Duke University Press, 2016).
Using ethnographic and historical methods the book offers an innovative approach to studying corruption, so often an elusive object to study.
The book is open access and can be accessed here: http://hdl.handle.net/2027/ku01.r2_106
