The Global Development Institute and the Manchester Urban Institute are pleased to present Prof AbdouMaliq Simone, (University of South Australia) to discuss how urban residents increasingly do not have a coherent working narrative for where they are, and how in this “darkness” they find a way to care for each other.
The Global Development Lecture Series brings experts involved in global development to The University of Manchester. It aims to facilitate dialogue and discussion, providing a space for leading development thinkers to share their latest research and ideas.
