The Confucius Institute is hosting a fun and hands-on cookery class led by Cracking Good Food, open to anyone that would love the chance to make their own authentic dish!
During the 3 hour class you will learn a mixture of techniques to create some of China's most popular dishes. Learn how to make Sushi, which is traditionally Japanese but very popular in China especially amongst young people in bigger Chinese cities.
