Biography: Prof. Alejandro del Valle-Gálvez (University of Cádiz and Manchester Law Visiting Fellow) is a Professor of Public International Law at the University of Cádiz and former Legal Adviser to the President of the ECJ. He directs the Centre of Excellence Jean Monnet Migration and Human Rights.
