Generalized linear models (GLMs) provide a theoretically-consistent method for analysing a wide variety of data and research designs. This course uses GLMs to analyse continuous, count, and categorical data using OLS, Poisson, multinomial and proportional-odds regression models. This session describes the theory of GLM models and how they can be used to analyse a great variaty of data.
