This workshop will focus on narrative as informing research methodology. We will look at narrative as a practice of understanding ourselves and our relationship with the world through a few examples of interpretative approaches involving storytelling methodology.
The workshop offers some practical exercises aiming to contextualise Narrative as a methodological tool. Participants will be working with narrative as a practice of understanding themselves and their relationship with the world.
The workshop provides an introduction to Narrative as research methodology, includes a step-by-step methodology, and shows how research data can be analysed effectively if viewed in narrative terms.
