Join us as we celebrate International Women's Day with an afternoon of talks by inspirational women in Chemistry!
You'll hear from our inspiring keynote speakers:
Lara Lalemi - an Aerosol Chemistry PhD student from the University of Bristol and founder of the Creative Tuition Collective, an organisation which provides free tuition and mental wellbeing support to young people and professionals.
Alice Fickling - a Radiopharmaceutical Scientist at Christie NHS Foundation Trust who previously held a position in the Radiopharmacy at The University of Manchester and worked as a scientist at Cancer Research UK and Anthony Nolan.
Amy Booth - a Brewer at Cloudwater, based in central Manchester. Amy undertook her MChem here at The University of Manchester, and is now spearheading the IWD events at Cloudwater, alongside her roles as a brewer.
