Please join us for the first of our series on enhancing inclusive practice, which focus on our academic leadership practices in SEED: how understand what leadership looks like and how we might develop inclusivity going forward.
In this session we are joined by Lisa Murtagh (current Head of MIE) and two of the three current Deputy Heads of MIE: Sylvia Lomer and Edda Sant, to reflect on their Experience of Departmental Leadership. This will touch on their motivations, experience of applying and having the roles so far, as well as inclusivity and how we can work together in departments within SEED.
