On Tuesday, 7th March 2023 at 4:00 PM (GMT), we will have Professor Michael Rosander present on Workplace bullying and mental health problems – Immigrants and other minorities as risk groups.
Professor Michael Rosander is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Linköping University, Sweden.
His research interests are mainly centred around antecedents and outcomes of workplace bullying. In terms of antecedents there is a focus on organizational conditions, as well as the quality of leadership, and as outcomes mainly health related aspects such as mental health problems as an outcome of workplace bullying.
He collaborates with researchers in Norway, e.g. Professor Nielsen and in Finland, e.g. Professor Salin. His work is published in journals such as Work & Stress, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, and Psychology of Violence.
