Canadian saxophonist Ben Wendel is known for his sophisticated improvisations and a compositional style that draws upon post-bop, classical, and post-rock influences. A founding member of the Grammy nominated group Kneebody, he has worked with artists Antonio Sanchez, Tigran Hamasyan Gerald Clayton, Eric Harland, Taylor Eigsti, Linda May Han Oh, Moonchild, Louis Cole, Daedelus, Snoop Dogg and the artist formerly known as Prince, among many others.
Today he is joined by Tom Ollendorff (guitar), Marc Michel (drums), and Conor Chaplin (bass).
