Yoga acknowledges that everything and everyone is One. All connected. We forget that.
Our ‘Engaging Nature through Yoga’ session will increase our acknowledgment of this fundamental truth - connection. And what better way to do this by practicing outdoors, and during the wonderful season of Spring!
The yoga practices will involve some simple standing asanas, breathwork, visualisation and sounding – all have the theme of the natural world running through them.
The practices are suitable for all bodies and can be adapted if required.
Please bring something to sit on. Wear suitable clothing for the changeable Manchester climate (we will be practicing rain or shine!) and that you can move in. No need for a mat.
Your teacher is Karon Mee. Karon has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and her practice and teaching is deeply rooted in nature, natural cycles and traditional celebrations of this land and hemisphere, aswell as acknowledging other cultural milestones within the year, and the moon cycles.
