Are you looking for a lunchtime activity to improve your wellbeing? Join the Confucius Institute’s four-week Calligraphy for Wellbeing course and spend your lunch break doing something creative and mindful.
Calligraphy (shufa) is the traditional art of writing Chinese characters, and a fundamental part of Chinese culture. This course will focus on learning how to use Chinese brushes and ink, mastering the basic strokes that underpin Chinese writing and understanding the structure of Chinese characters.
Cost: £30
Location: The Confucius Institute building (180 Waterloo Place)

No previous knowledge of Chinese is required.
