The subject area of English covers a range of thought-provoking and exciting subjects that can be explored at university. At The University of Manchester, English-related courses include: English Literature, English Language, Drama, Anglo-Saxon History, Linguistics, and American Studies. These can also be combined in a range of permutations or with additional subjects including a range of European, Middle Eastern and Asian languages.
The Discover Day will give students a taste of the range of opportunities available within English and the potential career opportunities this will open up to them.
