The Centre for Biblical Studies endowed annual lectureship. T.W. Manson was Rylands Professor of Biblical Criticism and Exegesis at Manchester from 1936 until his death in 1958. Each October a lecture in New Testament Studies is given in his memory by a distinguished New Testament scholar.
