This event will showcase research developed from links forged during the 8 years of the Child Health Research Network. The network focuses on the health, education and social needs of children and young people. We will highlight the potential for future development of interdisciplinary research studies and opportunities for developing research with the launch of the Centre for Paediatrics and Child Health in the Institute of Human Development at the University of Manchester.
This showcase will be of interest to paediatricians, academics and practitioners from all backgrounds and disciplines working for children's health and well-being. We will be holding a poster session showing some of the diverse research occurring in child health research. If you would like to submit a poster we need the title of your poster, authors, your name, your role, organisation and whether you're a PhD student. Please note: we only have limited space so will prioritise PhD students, research assistants and early career researchers based at the University of Manchester. Please send details to rebecca.l.jones@manchester.ac.uk (Health Sciences Co-Ordinator) before 1st March 2013.
