Tree Dressing Festival
Its time to celebrate our love of trees! Visit Jodrell Bank for their Tree dressing day, an ancient tradition of community, heritage and culture.
This event will allow you to get up close to nature, gathering natural materials. You’ll then be shown how to make tree decorations including willow stars, leaf garlands and clay faces to join in the tree festivities.
Jodrell Bank are taking part in the National Lottery Heritage Fund’s #ThanksToYou celebrations. From Monday 25th November – Sunday 1st December, admission to Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre will be FREE to National Lottery Players to say thanks for helping to raise funds awarded for their First Light Project.
