Come and join us for our week celebrating the gardens of Jodrell Bank. The following program of events runs each day and each activity lasts approximately 30 minutes:
11.00 Galaxy Garden Tour – Journey through time to explore the development of our universe in our beautiful garden designed by Chris Beardshaw.
12.00 Garden Science Show – a short science show with live demonstrations illustrating each of the gardens in the Galaxy Garden.
13.30 Wildlife walk – Join Senior Gardener Phil on a walk to discover the wilder side of Jodrell Bank. (Mon – Thurs only)
14.30 Galaxy Garden Tour
15.30 Garden Science Show
we will also be carrying out live bee-keeping demonstrations at the Apiary at 12.00 (Tues- Thurs only*)
- weather dependent – if it’s raining or too cold we won’t disturb the bees!
