Described as ‘an elfin figure…an energetic force and a delight to
watch’, Rosie Lomas made her operatic début in English National
Opera’s world première production of Two Boys by Nico Muhly.
Rosie studied at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London
where she graduated with a distinction in her final recital.
Rosie Lomas’s operatic engagements have taken her to Madrid’s Teatro
Real, Brisbane’s Opera Queensland, English National Opera, the
Spoleto Festival, the Beethoven Festival in Warsaw, Opera Holland
Park and Longborough Festival Opera. Described as singing ‘with
assaulting beauty and directness…simply magnetic’, Rosie is a
favourite performer with the Friends of Tabley and returns with
another lovely programme of song.
Wine and canapés will be served as part of the price.
