The event will take place the 29th of October 2014, at the University of Manchester (UNIVERSITY PLACE 2.220) and will host a keynote speech by Bruce Kapferer (University of Bergen and University College London), one of the founders of Social Network Analysis, together with a round table of discussants including Charles Kadushin, Barry Wellman, and Nick Crossley. The keynote and the roundtable will be followed by a wine reception. The cost of the event is 20£.

A workshop on Visone and visualization of large networks, run by Ulrik Brandes, will follow the event on the 30th of October, from 9am to 1pm. The workshop is free of charge.
