This workshop aims to raise the visibility of the NCIAs, to provide history and context to the awards, and encourage and support diverse clinical academics to apply. You will gain insights into the process, timeline to apply and review criteria. Through peer discussion you will reflect on your clinical academic achievements and impact and consider how best to showcase this as evidence against the 5 NCIA Domains (Service delivery and development; Leadership; Education, training and people development; Innovation and research; Additional national impact). You will also hear the experiences of clinical academics who have recently been successful.
NCIA awards are open for application on 1 April 2025 and will close at 5pm on 27 May 2025
