It's almost mothers day. In Alice's mind, the day of reckoning. She's been waiting for this moment for months. Just to see what will happen. Mother's day can't possibly exist without her mother, right?
A play about the self-destruction of a friendship that ensues after this life-changing loss. Alice is pushing Jo away, Jo won't let her go. "It'll get better" Jo tells her, "take it one step at a time. Baby steps."
