The John Rylands Library: Discover the history of the women's suffrage movement and be inspired by the Mancunian women (and men!) who encouraged a generation of women to fight for their political freedom.

Look at original documents from key figures such as Emmeline Pankhurst and C.P. Scott for a captivating insight into the social, economic and political position of women in the early 20th century.

Free, no need to book, just drop in.
