Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), is future-focused, goal-directed, and focuses on solutions, rather than on our problems. The SFBT approach assumes that we all have some knowledge of what would make our life better, even though we may need some help describing the details of this better life, and that we all already possess at least the minimal skills necessary to create solutions. This workshop is a look at some of the key concepts and tools which you might find helpful.
