Pop in to the Historic Reading Room and hear the delightful sounds of Ordsall Acappella Singers - a vibrant group of talented singers who entertain audiences with their jazzy blend of close harmony.
They sing everything from Gospel to Pop, Classical to Christmas. The choir started in 2005 with a few members of the local community. While they have grown and now have around 45 members from further afield, they still sing in Ordsall and are very much invested in bringing joy to the community through their local links with the neighbourhood and the Ceremonial Mayor of Salford.
Ordsall Community Singers are a community choir and welcome people of all singing abilities, this can be your first time in a choir, or this can be one of many that you regularly sing in, everyone is welcome. There are no auditions.
