Talk: What is Resilience Really and how do we grow it?

Over the last ten years Resilience has become a widely used term in organisations, mental health and wellbeing, sometimes referred to as the latest “buzzword.” But what is resilience, why do we need it and how do we find it? In this talk underpinned with psychological research and human stories I will explore resilience, why we need it and how we all have the ability to develop resilience. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of how some people grow through difficulty rather than just survive it and with tools to try to develop your resilience.

Our Lunch & Learn series takes place on the last Thursday of every month, with short expert talks and live Q&A on national security and resilience.
