The Discover Law Day will provide information about what law students study, the methods of teaching and other opportunities provided by the School of Law. This will include our Legal Advice Centres where Manchester students give advice to members of the public about their legal problems. Law is a fascinating degree that leads to a career as a solicitor or a barrister, but there are other professions where knowledge of the law is important, including business management, social and public services, including the police, plus careers in the charitable sector or in international organisations.
