Seminar with French alumnus and successful businessman Christopher Stone
Chris graduated in 1985 with a BA(Hons) in French Studies (First), with interests in medieval French literature and C20th French plays and theory. He is currently Director (formerly CEO) of Radius Worldwide, a rapidly growing company that provides global expansion services to overseas businesses. Chris is a technology and services industry veteran – prior to his role at Radius he was responsible for growing Northgate into the global no.2 specialist HR software and services business and the UK no.1 public sector software business. His previous roles have included senior management at Accenture, Electronic Data Systems, Digital Equipment Company and Fitness First.
This is your opportunity to network informally with Chris and pick up some great business tips about networking, careers, making the most of your time at Manchester, and how a degree in French from Manchester can take you to running a major international business. He will also be delighted to answer questions.
Please RSVP to ruth.ellul@manchester.ac.uk to confirm your attendance of this seminar, and we will be in touch with room confirmation.
