Night at John Rylands Library will focus on the themes of friendship and transition and will give you the chance to meet friends new and old in the amazing surroundings of the John Rylands Library. We will be introduced to the work of Li Yuan-chia,a Chinese artist who became a friend of Delia’s in her later years and whose archive, as well as Delia Derbyshire’s, is held at the Library. There will be a live sound art performance, a badge poem workshop in the style of LYC and block prints workshop based on the Library’s exhibits.

Tickets are free and can be collected from the AskMe desk at the Students Union. The desk is open on every day from Tuesday 12 September to Friday 22 September between 10am and 4pm.
