Students of Art Gallery and Museum Studies in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures, present a one-day only exhibition of medical instruments and equipment from the Museum of Medicine and Health, part of the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.
Part of Managing Collections and Exhibitions taught course, Post Graduate students have loaned, researched and curated their display, interpreting heritage collections within public exhibition spaces in the heart of the city, Manchester Central Library.
Meet the students lifting the lid on a history of medical innovation and discover artefacts representative of a history of healthcare covering themes of art in medicine, disability and orthopaedics.
