Food - Keeping it Local
What's the secret to sustainable food systems? It could be 'think global and eat local' if a raft of local community based initiatives are to be believed. Whether it's better diets, less carbon, or a reduction in food waste, local initiatives are being seen as the key to making the food on our plate more sustainable.
