Startup Spotlight is The Masood Entrepreneurship Centre's guest speaker series, highlighting early stage entrepreneurs who are currently studying at, or have recently graduated from The University of Manchester.
MEC Enterprise Assistant Esha Sharma will be interviewing Specscart Founder and Managing Director of Specscart, Sid Sethi. We'll be covering the topic of launching a business as an International graduate, the type of support on offer for International graduates, how to persevere through difficult times and utilising an e-commerce and retail business.

Sid Sethi is the Founder and Managing Director of Specscart, one of the fastest-growing eyewear startups in the UK. Sid started Specscart whilst he was studying at The University of Manchester in 2017. Sid's unique approach towards the eyewear industry got his first pitch awarded with the Albert Gubay & Venture Further 2018 Award in the Business category from The Masood Entrepreneurship Centre and the story of Specscart began.
