The School of Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science is hosting an IChemE conference on Wednesday 3 April, with the theme of the conference around "Sustainability, and in particular how sustainability is shaping our food processing practices".
This conference will focus on the theme of sustainability, particularly how sustainability is shaping food processing practices.
Presentations will be on a range of topics, including Sustainable Food processing, Emerging technologies, and Sustainable food packing, among others, with speakers from FMCG companies, a Keynote speech from CEAS's Prof. Adisa Azapagic, and a Panel led discussion on the topics of the day.
