Dear First Year Doctoral Researcher,
The Faculty PGR Induction event is for new Postgraduate Researchers in the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE).
We have scheduled a programme for Thursday, 2 November from 11:30pm-2pm in Engineering A 2A.011, 2A.012, 2A.013 and 2A.014 and this has been designed to share important information and provide you with an opportunity to meet your peers and ask questions to panel speakers.?

We’ll have a series of short talks which will include:
A Welcome from the FSE Associate Dean of Postgraduate and Early Careers Researchers

Introduction to the Faculty Doctoral Academy team and outline support and guidance

PGR Panel
An opportunity to meet current Doctoral Researchers to hear about their experiences and a Q&A session
Sandwiches and cakes will be served between 11.30am- 12pm in the foyer area outside the room (please note food cannot be taken into the meeting room).
The event will start at 12:15pm prompt.
