The Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Catalyst (IBIC) is proud to announce its inaugural conference, bringing together leading minds from across the industrial biotechnology sector in a two-day conference with plenty of opportunities for learning and networking.
Venue: The Spine, Liverpool
Dates: 10–11 June 2025
Taking place at the magnificent Spine building in Liverpool, the conference will bring together researchers, industry professionals, policy experts, regulators and educators for insightful talks, expert-led panels, and unparalleled networking opportunities. Key topics will include accelerating translation, scale-up, and collaboration to drive real-world impact at pace.
About IBIC:
IBIC is a £5M EPSRC-funded place-based impact acceleration initiative dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration within north-west England’s industrial biotechnology community to accelerate knowledge exchange, skills development and innovation. It aims to galvanise links between the region's science, research, innovation and skills sectors to create real-world impact.
