Art for Inventions
As part of The University of Manchester’s Community Festival 2021, the Whitworth invites you to come and play.
In this session we'll be exercising our creative brains, using art tools found around the house to create new and exciting inventions. We'll be looking at objects from history and our predictions for future technologies to invent something for use right now! We'll be learning how to use art as a tool for innovation and escapism, drawing inspiration from pieces found in the Whitworth’s collection.
