Create masterpieces using different knitting yarns linked to the Museum’s collections, ranging from wool, angora, nettles and wire. Explore the material science behind the yarns, from the bast fibres in nettles to the elasticity of wool. Part of Manchester Science Festival and the Close Knit series of events.
