Join the Museum of Medicine and Health online as we host a panel of medical historians, researchers and digital engagement specialists to discuss and debate virtual collections and in person object encounters in medical museums.
A new Instruments of Change Digital Manchester Digital Exhibition showcases historic medical objects and equipment that represent innovation, change and discovery across 200 years of healthcare, research and medical education in Manchester.
This event will begin with a virtual tour of the exhibition, followed by a panel discussion of which is better - in person object handling or accessible digital engagement with artefacts and stories.
