Lord Jim O'Neill, former Goldman Sachs Chief Economist and former Treasury Minister, will discuss whether the "rising powers" are really rising. Followed by a wine reception.
This lecture is part of the Rising Powers Public Lecture Series, which forms part of the final conference and culmination of the ESRC's five year research programme on "Rising Powers and Interdependent Futures", exploring the role of Brazil, China, India, Russia and South Africa in the global economy.
